Q&A: As a spiritual healer, are you against Western medicine? Do you believe that all healing can be achieved through energetic means, without any physical intervention?

Spiritual healing, also known as energy healing, focuses on releasing negative energies that obstruct our ability to heal ourselves and manifest the right treatments in our life. This approach can effectively support well-being by manipulating energy, and in many cases, patients leave sessions with noticeable improvements. However, from my humble experience as a spiritual healer, this does not mean that all healing can occur without any physical intervention, nor does practicing spiritual healing imply opposition to mainstream Western medicine, which addresses health from a physical perspective. In fact, spiritual healing and physical treatments can often work hand-in-hand.
The reason is that, although everything has an energetic origin, we live in a physical world governed by physical laws that our souls agreed to abide by upon reincarnation. Therefore, physical interventions are sometimes crucial for improving a person’s condition. For example, if someone becomes ill due to continuous exposure to environmental toxins, spiritual healing alone cannot eliminate the effects of poisoning without taking relevant physical action. In this case, the first step would be for them to leave that environment. However, if they are unable to do so due to financial constraints (e.g. they live in a neighborhood with polluted water, but they cannot afford to move to a neighborhood with clean water), spiritual healing might help by attracting circumstances that enable them to move. Similarly, to maintain health, one still needs to follow a nutritious diet, even with the support of spiritual healing. In fact, our High Self would sometimes give dietary suggestions.
Another example of spiritual healing tied to physical intervention is to make one respond better to physical treatments, or attract useful doctors and treatments into their lives. For example, for three decades, my dad suffered from back pain and had been taking medications but still the pain persisted. A few years ago, I realized that I might be able to help him with petrified wood, so I put an energetically-charged one next to his bed. Soon, he was prescribed a new drug that completely solved his issue. Did the petrified wood ripe out his issue by itself? No. However, it helped him attract the right drug into his life that cured him.
Additionally, in some cases, physical intervention may come from non-Western medical systems, such as acupuncture or Ayurveda.
To summarize, spiritual healing aims to improve a patient’s energy so that their body can heal itself or they can attract circumstances that support health. It is not intended to replace Western medicine, and in fact the two can work together.
Energies significantly influence our mental and emotional responses
Written by Razhiel, posted on 24 July 2024 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
Energies function like programs running on our “brain computers,” generating thoughts and emotions.
Positive energies can produce uplifting responses, such as joyful feelings and perceiving adversity as challenges and opportunities for growth. Conversely, negative energies can evoke harmful thoughts and emotions, such as negative self-talk and worries. These negative energies may stem from unresolved emotional or mental conflicts, obsolete promises, curses, or negative beliefs.
Energies can also attract real-life scenarios to make us aware of their existence. This is how our souls and the Universe push us to grow and heal. By being mindful of our thoughts and emotions, as well as engaging in mental exercises and energy healing, we can transmute and release negative energies, stop them from perpetuating, and reprogram our mental and emotional patterns.
P.S. Numerous techniques, both mental and spiritual, can help release negative energies and transform our internal programming. For example, practicing positive affirmations is an extremely useful exercise to reprogram ourselves.
P.P.S. The people we encounter in life carry their own sets of programs that they need to resolve. Often, they act as mirrors, reflecting back to us the programs that we are running, thus our programs and theirs can be related.
P.P.P.S. Could we be living in a simulation, where each of us acts as characters running our own unique sets of programs? That’s one way to see it!
How to feel at ease when someone says hurtful things with the intention to make you feel like a failure
Written by Razhiel, posted on 6 June 2024 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
1) Cut the energetic cords between you and the person who says hurtful things
When two people are connected, their energies influence each other, whether positively or negatively. By cutting the cords between you and that person, their energetic influence, and hence emotional impacts, on you are mitigated. To do this, you can summon Archangel Michael, a deity with whom you have a good connection, or your High Self.
2) Understand that whatever they say is a reflection of themselves, not you
Why do they want to hurt and belittle you? Is it because of resentment or jealousy? Whatever the cause is, it is a reflection of their unresolved internal issues. They are just trying to project their internal issues outward to make themselves feel better. You can ignore their issues and free yourself from them.
3) Understand your worth
Like a roly-poly doll that always bounces back to its upright position no matter how much it is pushed down, your understanding of your worth can help you center yourself and mitigate the impact of hurtful speech.
4) Know your path
Everyone has their unique journey and soul purpose. Therefore, everyone has their own definition of success at the soul level. One extreme example is that one soul may be here to understand the responsibility that comes with opulent wealth, while another soul may be here to seek spiritual liberation. The former’s success is defined by their ability to manage money and resources, while the latter’s is to gain spiritual wisdom. It is impossible to compare which individual is more successful as it is similar to comparing an orange with an apple. What truly matters is: are you walking your path, especially with joy?
5) Clear negative energies and beliefs to prevent other people’s energies from “hooking” onto you, and improve your ability to center within
Negative energies and beliefs within you allow other people’s negative energies to “hook” onto you easily. These “hooks” usually originate from intense emotions resulting from unresolved conflicts and traumatic events, limiting beliefs, obsolete vows or curses. They may come from your experiences in this life or previous lifetimes, your ancestors (such as inheriting ancestral curses), or even a sexual partner, as intimacy allows the exchange of energies between two people. As you gradually release these energies and beliefs, you will be able to center yourself better and be less affected by others.
Finding meaning in past suffering can be healing

When we’re going through a tough time, it’s common to perceive the entire experience as negative. This could include feelings of failure, shame, or intense emotional pain. However, once the difficult period has passed, it can be helpful to reflect on what we’ve been through and find meaning in it.
By engaging in this process of reflecting and finding meaning, we can often find some positive aspects or outcomes from the challenging experience. This can help us reframe our perspective, build resilience, gain valuable insights, and foster personal growth. This can help us make peace with the experience and move forward with greater understanding and acceptance. Hence, it can have positive effects on our mental health.
The following examples illustrate how this process can work in real-life situations:
Example 1: You took on a challenging project, investing months of effort, only to find it non-functional in the end. Initially, this outcome left you feeling ashamed and inadequate. However, upon reflection, you realize that your initial endeavor was not in vain. Your willingness to attempt something difficult reflects courage and determination. Moreover, you acquired invaluable knowledge along the way, and provided you with insights into a better approach for solving future problems.
Example 2: You went through an excruciatingly painful breakup. However, this experience not only deepened your understanding of your relationship preferences and the qualities you seek in a romantic partner, but also stimulated personal growth. As a result, it enhanced your prospects of a loving and fulfilling relationship.
Overall, the process of finding meaning in difficult experiences can be transformative, leading to greater resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
Holding onto anger from past wrongs is like stabbing our future with a knife from our past
Written by Razhiel, posted on 13 Sep 2023 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
According to the Law of Attraction, the Universe responds to the vibrational frequency we emit. When we hold onto the negative emotions from past events, we allow the energies of these emotions to affect our vibrations. Since our vibrations dictate what we can attract into our lives, by clinging to these emotions, we inadvertently allow them to shape our future.
However, this post isn’t advocating for brushing off the weight of past traumas as if they never happened. In fact, it is natural for us to need time, reflection, and realizations before we can truly let go of pain. Furthermore, these emotions can be instrumental for society, often acting as significant catalysts behind social movements that lead to pivotal social reforms.
Everyone has a unique approach to navigating the emotional aftermath of their experiences, with no definitive “right” or “wrong” way. The key here is to find the path that most benefits you, and potentially for the world.
To determine if it’s time to release these emotions, ask yourself: Does retaining these energies benefit me as I will channel them into actionable change that enhances my life or the society? Or do these feelings simply linger, detrimentally impacting my mental well-being? Regardless of your answer, remember healing is a process, and it’s perfectly okay to take the time you need. Setting the intention is an important first step, and the rest will follow.
What should I do if I consistently have negative thoughts or criticisms toward others, and I really want to change that?
Written by Razhiel, posted on 7 Sep 2023 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
1) Self-compassion
First of all, please forgive yourself. Many view themselves negatively upon recognizing their own critical thoughts. However, your desire to improve indicates that deep within, you possess kindness and love. Your mind has just developed certain habitual thought patterns, but these patterns can be altered.
2) Identify the Root Causes
Negative thought patterns can stem from various causes. Perhaps someone has projected their malicious thoughts and emotions, such as jealousy, onto you. Consequently, this negative energy might attract similar thoughts to your mind. You might also feel a sense of inadequacy, leading to negative emotions that generate unhealthy thoughts. Past experiences, such as traumas and excessive criticism during childhood, could also create deep-seated patterns. You can identify the root causes by paying attention to your triggers. What scenarios individuals evoke the most negativity? What aspects of them irritate you? What exact emotions and thoughts go through your head? Delving into these triggers can help you trace back to the root of the issue.
3) Embrace and Release
After you have dug out the root causes, experience the emotions that come from them. It may be useful to find meanings in them to facilitate your recovery. Afterward, tell yourself that you have grown from this experience, and you are ready to forgive anyone involved, let it go, and move on.
4) Affirmative Practice
Regularly practicing positive affirmations, such as “I am safe and loved now,” is beneficial. Such practices strengthen positive thought processes.
Best of luck on your journey toward self-healing and achieving mental serenity!
4 ways to uplift your vibration and keep it high
Written by Razhiel, posted on 8 Dec 2022 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
1) Control where you put your focus
Focus on and think about things and people that make you happy to uplift your mood and keep that good mood. Since your mood is tied to your vibration, you can maintain your vibration at a higher frequency by doing so.
2) Try to perceive an issue from a different angle
If an issue triggers you emotionally, you can try to figure out what beliefs generate these emotions, then shift your beliefs related to the issue. For example, you feel angry because a storekeeper is rude to you. You realize that you are angry because you believe that person is disrespectful to you. You can change your mood by thinking that perhaps s/he just has a bad day, and his/her behavior has nothing to do with you as a person but is a reflection of his/her emotional state.
Often you can trace your beliefs or deep feelings back to your past in the current life, or even in your past lives, and it could be tricky to deal with these karmic knots alone. In that case, you could consider Auriel's card reading for guidance or Razhiel's Spiritual Response Therapy.
3) Improve self-worth and self-esteem
One who is comfortable and confident with him/herself does not usually get upset easily. You can find out beliefs that generate negative beliefs about yourself by observing your thoughts and emotions closely. In addition, there are many exercises that can help you with this, such as the exercise of Go Deeper Into Knowing and Loving Yourself.
4) Have gratitude and appreciate the beauty in things and people around you, regardless of how big or small they are
By practicing gratitude and appreciation, you train yourself to focus more on the beauty of the world. Indeed there are many things to appreciate in this world, such as all the units in your body functioning miraculously in harmony for you, the beautiful stars in the sky, and the many people – e.g. farmers, truck drivers, janitors – working tirelessly to support your life directly or indirectly.
Healing with energy vibrations
Written by Razhiel, posted on 8 Nov 2022 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
Last two months, I got extensive chances to test healing by directly shielding sickly vibrations from invading, and removing negative vibrations that induce illnesses and hinder recovery.
It all started several weeks ago when someone asked me to help her from being infected with a contagious disease. She had had close contact, including cuddling, with a friend who later got tested positive for that disease. I asked High Self to download an energy shield for her that could bounce off the energy of that disease. Later I checked on her, she was healthy and her test result remained negative.
About a week later, I went sightseeing with someone, but a few hours later she felt unwell. She said the symptoms she was experiencing were similar to when she caught that contagious disease before. I could feel a sickly vibration gradually sneaking into me. Recalling what I did a week ago, I asked High Self to put a shield with the same protective vibration on myself; I also used that same vibration to push that sickly vibration out of myself. Fortunately I remained well, otherwise it could be horrible to be sick, particularly with a contagious disease, while I was traveling.
A couple weeks ago, I could feel strong negative vibrations suddenly resurfaced and rushed toward me, and I got sick. I wasn’t able to clear them all immediately. But as I removed those vibrations, I got better. For example, one day I would cough a lot, but after doing an intensive healing session, I would get significantly better the day after. How sick I was depended on how strong those vibrations were active inside me. After I removed them all, I recovered.
These experiences let me understand that I can directly tackle vibrations as a way to heal a person. Dear audience, you can try it too! You can ask High Self (or a spirit guide you have been working with) to remove the negative vibrations, or fill the spot that has negative vibrations with positive vibrations in order to push the negatives ones out. If you wish to do it yourself, you can achieve it by using strong thoughts too!
How to use the cycle of energy -> thought -> emotion to heal ourselves and improve our lives
Written by Razhiel, posted on 22 April 2022 also on theearthforce.tumblr.com and Instagram.
The cycle of energy, thought and emotion is an important cycle related to healing, and gives us insights on what we can do if we want to break away from a toxic thought and emotion cycle. Today, I would like to share with you my own experience, and use it as an example to explain how we can use this cycle to improve our lives.
In the past 3-4 years, I suffered from an horrendous energy attack, which wreaked my thought and emotional patterns. During my worst period, I had symptoms that fitted well into the list of symptoms of PTSD, such as having fearful responses to harmless things. I also felt unworthy, unwanted and useless. This happened because the energies activated within us dictate our thought patterns. Then our thoughts generate relevant emotional responses. For example, negative thoughts would lead to negative emotional responses, and the opposite applies. Negative emotions, if unreleased, can accumulate within us as energies, which then lead to unhealthy thoughts, and the cycle continues.
In order to pull myself out of this energetic-mental hellhole, I decided to tackle all three elements in the energy-thought-emotion cycle:
1. Energy-wise, removing and transmuting that horrendous energy; I used my tools, mainly an energy symbol and Spiritual Response Therapy, to do it;
2. Thought-wise, committing to being mindful of my thoughts and practicing appreciations, consciously pulling myself out of negative thoughts;
3. Emotion-wise, replacing fearful associations of harmless items with something positive.
Gradually, my situation improved. Now, I am glad that I am free from PTSD, feel happy with myself, and start to feel la joie de vie again! If you have issues related to your thought patterns and emotional response, you can apply similar strategies to free yourself out of them.
